Banana Oat Breakfast Smoothie

I love smoothies, especially in summer when sometimes you just need a break from your regular breakfast. I love a thick consistency with my smoothies, so it works best if you freeze your banana beforehand, but dont worry if you you forget to – it will still taste awesome. This smoothie is great because your getting a serve of fruit, fibre from your oats and LSA, and calcium from the milk and yogurt. A tasty, well rounded breakfast!

Serves 1 – DF, V


1 cup Almond Milk
2 Tbsp Greek Yoghurt
1 Medium Banana
2 Tbsp Rolled Oats
1 cup Ice
1 Tbsp LSA mix
Pinch Cinnamon

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until a thick smoothie mixture results.
2. Pour, drink and enjoy!
